If you have Chevreuse C4 you can already trigger it twice in one rotation. Basicly as you shoot the balls you get healing already for Chevreuse, but your last ball will refresh the effect so in fact it will make you healing duration longer.

The Fontaine craftable spear had a fairly annoying problem, that you needed the healer on field and healing themselves, this is a lot better for teams.

Amazing analyze of the weapon. Information about energy restoration is really important. I thought i will help team restore energy, but it is very frustrating it only allows me to do pointless burst for chevreuse (without c4). However, it really closes gaps with HP and reaching 40.000 becomes really easy, so it makes possible to focus on more important stats for example Healing bonus, or leaving her at level 70\80. I am hoping you will be posting more educational video about genshin

It's if we are restoring 16 energy. But we are restoring 32 per rotation. And when I was doing DMG test against Dorito with only Yae Miko we've got 99% of Yao Yao's burst back with only 110% ER. In most of the teams we can get away with 100% ER.

Afterwards, the energy recovery will happen once per rotation, because it is on a 10s cooldown and it happened for the 2nd time at the *END* of the first rotation. So the energy can only recover 10s later, which will be sometime during the middle of the next rotation.

One interesting thing is that Black Tassel (3*) still has the highest HP% value, making it still the best HP% stat stick. Nevertheless, the event weapon is an excellent alternative to Favonius, as it is easier to find good artifacts (no crit rate is required). But if you have the right artifacts for Fav, it's the better weapon because it also gives the team energy. In any case, I currently don't have a user for it because all of my characters are already built with Fav. Even my Chevruse, I get 40,900HP%, 170% ER and 49crit rate with Fav + 4x Noblesse...

The 2x Energy Restoration passive only works on the 1st Rotation. *Not* "every rotation". You see, the energy recovery can only happen every 10s. So at best it can trigger at the beginning and at the end of the first rotation, after which the passive will be delayed and will happen sometime during the middle of subsequent rotations. Ex: Start Rotation, do some stuff, Chevreuse Skill > Energy recovery #1 Wait 10s while you do other stuff > Energy recovery #2 End of rotation. Start new rotation, Chevreuse Skill > *No Energy recovery because passive is still on cooldown for 10s, Proceed with rotation on other characters, After 10s, sometime during the rotation > Energy recovery #3 End of rotation. Etc.

My yaoyao is c6 but I have really low investment in her. She’s only 70/70 with 6+3 talents and is running instructors set. I love new spear on her for energy because I don’t really care about her damage potential but strictly healing character she’s really good. Also thanks for other tid-bit on Kitan spear, would have never thought it was a yaoyao weapon so maybe I’ll build it if I level her up, but for now she’s doing her job good w/ low investment. An option you missed was hutao because her burst heals she can proc both options and she has HP in her kit so might be a decent option if you had no other pole arms.

Zhongli adds dual scaling with HP with his A4. But I’ve read that the multipliers are low, so it’s not worth it until Zhongli is C6.

I thought since it’s DESERT it would fit for Candace, but the passive is for the healers Kinda feel the same about it - we have Tassel and this region’s craftable, when new event weapon comes out it’s a big deal for f2p and yea they will never give us free crit but something that’s very easy to tie to a recently released character at least, like it was with cardboard sword and Navia.

outside of dragons bane, hu tao's f2p weapons are pretty bad, to the point where the best option is generally white tassel. Considering how bad of a weapon it is, I'd imagine this new weapon is at least on par, if not better. Higher base atk means you can convert more HP to atk which is the whole point of her kit, and you have a great amount of HP slapped on it to make use of that higher base atk. Also, EM sands on Hu Tao with 3* or 4* weapons is almost always better anyway because of the HP conversion cap, and it's especially true when not using an EM weapon, so yeah, i'd say do that
