My 14 year old daughter is currently in her second year of Color Guard/Winter Guard. We came across this video and we are so very impressed!! What an awesome job this team did!! This Diamante team is amazing and dedicated. We look forward to hopefully finding many more videos of this fine group of young people.....From Muskegon MI and Reeths-Puffer Color guard :-)

I think I'm like epically in love with Diamante. I saw there Feild show this year, with the flying birds and I thought it was absolutely beautiful! Whoever the tech/instructors are, AMAZING! and the guard it's self is like one of the best out there! Can't wait to see this year show!!

This is a well made video captured at a floor perspective. The motion by Diamante at this perspective is a superb example of flow and grace. I would use this video as an education video. Well done 0mgeee13.

My schools guard definitely has potential o do lifts and amazing dance work like that. Although our coach hasn't written in anything epic like that, I think we should this year, I'm sure we could pull it off.

it is all from the dark night. m.Ra mixed it all together. tons of props to everyone but i love the lift that nikki and brandi do where brandi is on nikkis shoulders. they like studied circe du soliel for that and all the other acrobatic stuff. it takes a lot of hard work to get that good they never rest.

I was the same way when i first joined the guard at my HS. I was one of two heavy girls, and we hauled booty, but we were just as fast and just as nimble as most of the skinny girls on our team.

I'm going to have to disagree with you, to a small extent. Last year, I was the biggest girl on my school's color guard, and I have only lacked confidence when I was first learning how to actually DO color guard. My size hasn't hindered me at all. I'm still flexible, and I can do my work. Yes, some girls, lots really, let their weight get to them, but color guard taught me I didn't have to let it get to me.
