Try avoid using backpacks,utilize callers,use scent eliminator and try to visit the zones 30-45 minutes later than when it actually starts

If they arnt spawning when you go to a tent try moving your tent farther back, if you’re within 200m of the lake when you fast travel they won’t spawn
