Hello Mindy and Dale 💖 🤗, I hope you're having a wonderful visit with Dale's son and family. I can't wait for Thanksgiving and being with our family. Not all will be there, though, some are with their spouses family this year. This painting looks so cozy and peaceful. At least the smoke is going up and not into someone's face😅. I think I'm a magnet for the smoke. I agree white fairy dust,really doesn't show up as much. If I were working on this one AB and clear sparklers would be added along besid the fairy dust. Yay for no pink lines! I just returned two damaged kits. It clinched my decision not to shop DAC on Black Friday. I’ll wait til next year. That experience spooked me. Very big deal imho. Shame on them for such shoddy QC. This painting is going to be a stunner 🎉

I ended up with one canvas that had pink lines, and it was a Square and the other one had pink lines, but it was only on the plastic. I am hoping the issue has been fixed and eventually they will go away all together. Personally, I find them a bit distracting.

I feel you on these perforated lines. 1) not a fan in general of the lines, and 2) I dislike the red/pink lines even more. At least without the pink markings, you could pretend to make your own sectioning. But with the pink lines, it takes the choice away and just looks meh 😐
