Diamond City Lights, but it's a fantasy orchestral arrangement! I suck at classifying music, but I tried to give it the "fantasy" / "magical" vibe, hence the "fantasy orchestral arrangement". I had a lot of fun making this one, perhaps I'll do more in the future!
