Diamond Mill to Kings Mountain trailhead

The Wilson River trail parallels Highway 6, the Wilson River Highway for quite a way. One section, Kings Mountain trailhead to Diamond Mill OHV park is a dandy hike. It takes one high up on the side of the ridge and it crosses over the ridge up to Kings Junior. The Kings Junior trail used to have Mazama signs but they are long gone.
This hike is in the middle of the Oregon Coast Range and offers a true coastal rainforest experience. Green grasses, shrubs, and plants line the trall along the way.
