Diamond Nails Inspired By Lady Gaga's Tiffany Necklace on The Worst Client Ever!!

Hi everyone
Today we’re recreating a Diamond Nail inspired by Lady Gaga’s Tiffany Necklace on Fay - you know it’s gonna be epic!
I’m going to attach my form. I’m going to start by sculpting out a thin layer of clear acrylic. Pinch the nail. I’m going to do a thin coat of Soft Pastel Lemon across the whole nail. I’m then going on to with Beryl over the top, quite thin again. I’m going to pick little pieces of the mylar and encapsulate them with clear acrylic. I’m creating a bit of a seam with the acrylic and then I’m going to flatten it out on the top.
I’m then going to remove the form and file away with my e-file, keeping the height in the middle and creating a flat top. Use a 120 grit file to file the side walls and the surface of the nail and a 180 grit file to smooth out the surface of the nail and then buff the nail. Clean off with acetone.
I’m going to cut several diamond shapes out of plastic and use mega gloss to apply then to the nail, starting with the centre piece and pop it in the lamp. Peel the plastic off and add a little bit of transfer foil around the edges. Finish off with bling and cuticle oil.

I literally just did this to my nails. I used rose pink acrylic, those iridescent sparkling nail art papers, and a glossy gel coat. Looks just like hers but shorter and pink! I love the yellow look! Awesome work!

It looks like yellow opal from the coober pedy mines in Australia. It’s stunning. I have a full set of earrings, necklace,bracelet and a ring from that mine, the miners risk their lives just to get opal out the ground. That's absolutely gorgeous! Especially when yellow is such a hard color to wear for most women. Yellow gives the illusion that the yellow thing is much larger than the same thing in green or blue next to it. I noticed that phenomena when I was a teenager looking at paint and wallpaper samples to remodel my room. I wanted to paint my room chartreuse/apple green with silver foil wallpaper with a graphic lemon yellow "wave" and bright white trim and white eyelet lace curtains, with chartreuse and lemon yellow satin ribbons running through the eyelets in the lace edge of the curtains. It would have looked really pretty in 1976. Of course, my mother talked me into something "sensible" that I considered boring and not my taste-- at all.
