I tried the vpn trick and it worked for me, I bought a week vip certificate ($2USD) just to test out that it worked and then checked my bank account to make sure they charged the $2 and not the $4, after that I bought the 1 year VIP on my acc and got it for $37 instead of $60 (and it only showed -$37 on my bank acc). If you want to get it even cheaper choose Iran. The Iranian rial is the weakest currency in the world apparently. So, it will make it kinda cheap if you are from somewhere like UK or US. 1 pound= 52,407 Iranian rials as of now.
