Really interesting Becky...Love hearing about the penny candy, cars and games played as children. Nice to hear when younger we all had our imagination without internet.

We did eventually get internet while I was still a kid, though it was nothing compared to today. We had video games, but I had very little interest in them. I loved being outside. I wanted to be in nature with my dogs and cats and at the neighbors with the horses.

I enjoyed hearing about your childhood. I grew up in New York City and now I live in New Hampshire. I know what muggieness is all about. I love your diamond painting, it's coming along nicely.

Thank you for watching. My husband grew up in Chicago, so we have very different childhood memories. I wouldn’t trade where I grew up for anything.

I love the way chuck pensons paintings come to life. It is very muggy. I live in a small town close to Fort smith. Enjoyed the chat!

They really do come to life! I can’t wait to see mine finished. Have y’all gotten many of these terrible storms lately!

We have got lucky and none have hit us,but my son has not been so lucky. He has had damage from two different storms. He was also out of electricity for 3 days. He lives in Fort Smith. Take care

Your painting looks great! I really love the barn and gazebo in the background. Loved listening to all of your childhood memories. Especially the part about the barn. I always wanted to live on a farm, but never got to. Regarding the penny candy .... I had 3 kids, 2 years apart, and once in awhile we were able to take them to an indoor movie, so we took them to the only penny candy store that was left and we gave them each a dollar, rather than spending $30 or so at the snack bar. We would buy one great big soda with free refills and they'd share it. They thought they were in heaven to be able to pick out 100 pieces of candy lol Hope you have a fabulous 4th of July weekend and that you also enjoy your Uncle's birthday! Love & hugs, from hot sunny Vermont! ❤🤗 💜🌺💕💜🌺💕💜🌺💕💜🌺💕💜🌺💕💜🌺💕💜🌺💕

I can’t imagine growing up anywhere but the country. My husband spent his early years in Chicago, so we have vastly different experiences.
