It did seem to help. Not sure if it's because I took off the super fuzzy socks. But turns out crocs aren't rubber so I'm going to try with real rubber bottomed shoes and the pad. I feel like a mad scientist 😂

I've noticed that a silicone pad works well too.

I'm going to try that as well. Turns out I thought crocs were rubber and they aren't 😂 Also tried some glasses lens cleaner since the bottle said anti static and it helped as well. Could be a good option if you don't want to use smelly static guard.

I put dryer sheets in shoes & in my pockets when going to casino. Used to have to use potholders to turn on faucets in home economics due to horrible static 50 yrs ago.

Thats crazy! I've never even thought about static being that much of a problem until I started diamond painting!

Right?! I make a weekly menu but it's always the same stuff. People complain when it's the same, but then also complain when you switch it up! Can't win!

So satisfying to organize drills. I absolutely love it. I have two crystal organizational videos I need to put up. One I did months ago 😂. Oh geez. Luvs always. ❤

I like it when there's no static 😂 I still have the ABs to do! It's good to have a video or 2 stored up just in case. Right now I have 3 non WIP videos filmed and edited and loaded up on YT, scheduled to go up on their assigned days. I don't like feeling like I have nothing filmed in advance. Makes me nervous 😂

@@Crafty-ishKristyn I have several filmed too. I feel the same way. I can’t rely on our internet to work properly to schedule a video (at least I don’t think). But I’m up late so it works out. Sometimes it takes 15 mins to upload sometimes a couple hours. Even with starlink!

@@Diamondpaintingwithcoco We have Xfinity and it can vary greatly depending on the time of day, the day, and even then its never consistent with uploading speeds😫
