Currently, I have 8 kitted up - 4 rounds, 4 squares. Plus, I have 6 WIP's, 4 rounds & 2 squares. The 6 WIP's r in a decision wheel. I have decided to progress my Artdot Butterflies 🦋 by doing 1 section a day. Then, if I have time, I will Spin for the next one. Today my wheel chose Draglings 🐉 Music 🎶 & Books 📚 so I'm doing a 2nd section while listening to this video 😊♥️

I usually only one kitted up at a time, I have kitted up more in the past so it isn't a hard and fast rule but for the most part I find that I feel less cluttered having just my current project. I do mainly larger paintings with the occasional off the canvas.

I'm working on an Oraloa kit at the moment. (Mémoire des Ancêtres) I found kitting up was problematic due to static, however I popped dryer sheet in with each pot and very quickly they have settled down. The canvas is outstanding. Clear symbols, perfect stickiness and the drills are generally excellent quality (a few stuck together or with legs) I can honestly say that despite doing several previous DAC pictures recently, this image and experience are my favourite in a while.

when kitting up my PaintGem kit, I just cut off the top part of the baggie. The drills then didn’t get stuck by the ziplock (which was adding to my frustration while fighting the static). I don’t know if that helped with the static but I know it made me feel better chopping that ziplock off! I will try your trick of cutting off a corner, too!

Loved that image! I’ve been on the fence but think I’ll have to get it. I’ve got three big ones going, smallest is 70x50 and two Paint Gems. I leave them out and just work on one until I want a change. I use baggies and put dryer sheet pieces but also found that rubbing the tray with a dryer sheet helps if they don’t shake out nicely. I also tend to pull things out of my stash randomly if I’m just in the mood for something which is how I started my current one. I’m all over the place! Your organization and discipline are impressive!

I've only two waiting now as I started the other end of June. My son bought me a few off Ali Express for Christmas and I'm trying to get those done. My sister also bought me a bundle off Amazon and I feel I need to try getting them done too. I have an interview next Monday so my me time may get limited before Christmas depending on when/if I start work.

Hi Rebecca, I have a suggestion about dryer sheet. What I do is cut up a dryer sheet and stuff the pieces into one of those little bottles that come in the cases. I just keep it with my tools and it works great for me without taking up valuable space. 🤔🤔🤔

❤❤ I kit up all my paintings as soon as I get them. Right now I have 10 or 11 kitted up, not including my HAED. I only do one painting at the time but it usually goes quite fast (between 2-3 days) to get them done.

At the moment I have three paintings kitted up. I will finish one this week coming. I have 2 large square paintings and one large round. I will also be kitting up a PaintGem mini soon. I don't use a decision wheel for anything. If I'm working on an event I concentrate on that canvas, but if not I just see what I feel like working on. I must admit that I'm not actually enjoying the two square kits I have on the go. Love the images, but the diamonds are not great and one is a DSA canvas. Need I say more on that! I only have two kitted up at a time. My friends and I are doing one together and then I have one that I do by myself at all times for the most part. I dont have enough room to kit up any more than that.

Currently I have 5 WIPs ongoing - 2 large square (one not started), 1 large round, 1 budget round 30x40, 1 sticker set, and 1 DAC round 30x30. I actually kit up the DAC round 30x30 (my mom's birthday present - Paris Love) during this video! I'm going to start it tonight.

I have one big premium kitted and one budget. Also have about 20 cards to do that are kitted and 3 mini gem sets. Have a surgery scheduled in October and plan to kit up several before that. 4-6 weeks out of work… hopefully I will be up to DP.

Yes I only have 1 because I cleared the decks but getting 2 more kitted up in the morning I have just finished a diamond dots and DAC and now finishing up my 40x30

I currently have 4 WIPs, 2 large squares, a large round, and a round small. I don't like having so many WIPs but they were started for different events. I hope to have 3 of them finished by the end of summer. I think ideally I would like a large square, a large round, and a small piece going at once. The problem is I love kitting up and down and have to stop myself from starting more - though I do have a lot of cases so could prep them up ahead of time

I have kitted up 3 paintings at the moment. One is a very big one for me 60 x 80 and after finishing one which was double this size I thought I take a brake on big ones. One I am working on now is a 40x30. This one I am working on in the evening and in the weekends. And the 3. one is a very small one, it is only 25x20 and my only round. On the that painting I only work on during digital meetings from work. Only one hour every other week or less. So not to crazy for me. I definitely need the satisfaction off completing a painting. That's why I bought more smaller paintings.🐱

That will be so beautiful when done ! ❤ Oh, what will power to not start it now. I couldn't do that. I think it was Diamond Grandma Crafts that another DP'er who had very wrinkled canvas and someone suggested she place it on the dryer with a book on it. She said it took more then one load drying to straighten hers but it worked great.

17 if you include the artdot stickers but I do need to de-kit one. I have 3 paintings per 60 bottle case as there are about 20 colours per painting on my smaller canvases. I have 2 larger canvases in my 120 bottle case - 1 per layer. I don’t think I like empty bottles! 😂 And I only seem to do 1 painting at a time too! 😂 x

Currently i have 15 kitted up, got three wips on go, landscape mystery, a diamond dotz one, and a diamond art studio uk one. I am trying to work through my large ones. And i intend to work through all the kitted up ones, and then do a massive kitting up session of ones out my stash. But i can feel empty cases calling my name to be refilled 😂 so that decision might change 😂

I have 5 kitted up but one is a very big one, one is my Ivy Dolamore mystery, my current wip from Oraloa and I kitted up a DAC one but didn't have all of the colours. That one will need to wait for later in the year for an event or two. I have one small DAC one too but it just isn't calling to me. Too many ongoing projects.

Should I include the Paint Gem minis too? If so, I have 8 with 3 started. The best thing though - my Josephine Wall painting (90x70 cm) is COMPLETE!!! Am in the process of dekitting and thinking about what I should do next. Woohoo!

I just done loads kitted up as want to use all space for when I move. As not wasting all space. So have 2 on the go and be 10 kitted up other than that and have 40 not kitted up in my stash

I currently have 23 kitted up into storage cases (these are not started so I don't count them as WIPs.). I have 3 paintings ready to go (kitted into tray towers) for events next month. So thats a total of 26 technically kitted up. oh wait! I am also currently working on 4 for this month --so thats a total of 30 really. LOL --I have no chill with my diamond painting. I am looking forward to finishing all the ones I kitted up in advance. A couple are J Walls so I know that won't happen until next year.

I currently have 3 kitted up I have Silver Husky Dog from DAC from Sept last year I'm finding it hard to keep going with it no idea why...I then kit up Cosmic Trip during June waffle and I have now kit up Jewel of the Sea Hannah Lynn they are all in my decision wheel if it picks silver husky dog I do one section then spin again but im considering kitting up a mystery too 😂 but we shall see xxx😊

I usually just have 1 I work on full time but…😅 I have an old kit I started but haven’t had the motivation to do again. Also, the drills for my 2 HAEDs, 1 blank canvas and 1 Crown Jewel canvas are already in bottles ready to go anytime. So, technically, I have 4 kitted up 😂😂😂

Hi Rebecca, I have a question. Have you ever tried putting non-stick Parchment paper on your canvas while covering up ur Diamond painting? I tried doing it and it made my canvas all foggy with scraps of the parchment paper on my canvas. Which it a pain!!!! 😢😢😢😢.

no, I use cover paper for mine, also called release paper. It can be very tricky to find one that won't stick.

I do breakdowns of all the paintings I complete. I just haven't done a 30x40 for a while and I'm focusing on big ones at the moment. I might add some back in soon when I fancy a change.
