The only games I’ve lost have been against hackers or 3v4s and I’ve only went negative once and yet my sr gains keep going down. Won a 3v4 yesterday after earning 115 the game before and only got 70. Game makes no sense

Can any one help me to understand why I am not getting high sr gains in my ranked games. I’m plat 1 and win fairly most my games. I gain only about 46 sr a game. I’m always top 1 if not 1 on my team. This grind has been super slow and I see streamers gain hella sr in games. I just want to understand how the sr system works. This is also my first ever cod ranked play
