Correction, Charles Taylor was not a dictator but the elected President of Liberia in a totally transparent and international monitored electoral process. The men were representatives of the Liberian government not henchmen. If the inference is clear, President Taylor was attempting to woo the model, why would he send henchmen, and why would these socalled henchmen be allowed free access in President Mandela's official residence where the model was residing. The reporting leaves much to be desired in accuracy not to mention bias.
