Heres some tips. You can use dudek to rank up players 90 ovr or under and you can use mascherano to rank up players past 90 ovr. Ranking up provides extreme stats boosts and skill points. You had no skill moves with each player because you didnt use any or unlock any. You can equip through team editing and buy them in the shop.
