You are so spot on. I retired 2 and a half yrs. ago I wanted to stay 2 more years but God told me to leave at that time.The area I worked was the worst,dirty spot that no one wanted to work. But I cleaned it up and made it my own,God supplied me with everything I needed .Then, everyone wanted to work there and and my co-workers tried to get me removed from it.They worked me like a slave for years.My co-workers laughed, and they kept ganging up against me, trying to put me in drama. But glory to God, he gave me peace for that last year and a half.The roof started leaking right where I sat,the computer and other office equipment all broke down,and those co-workers who wanted to get that spot and thought they would slide right in when I left were shocked.God tore that whole area down two weeks after I left. And now the company is under judgment.

Yup I had to leave!! God was telling me. At the end he was giving me way to many signs , hearing coworkers I was “friends” with complaining to managers about how I wasn’t relying on the team to help me when it was busy. LOL . Coworkers starting petty arguments and being dramatic / making sure the whole office was aware. It was definitely felt when I left. When I was getting ready to leave everybody was all of a sudden trying to get me to stay LOL but I was ready to GO. Sad part I was good at my job, actually GREAT. And enjoyed it. But I work for GOD NOW period. 💯 in my PURPOSE 🙏🏾 was completely a lesson, I now know my worth!! I stayed til I no longer could stay. Spreading my light elsewhere ✨ I know why god now had me in jobs where I worked alone. People are so jealous and envious.

In July I went through this and i had to depart. It's crazy when you go in to work with great intentions to help others (my staff was crazy about me) and do what you love while minding your own business and you start noticing how others you work with start to treat you in a way that displays jealousy, side eye/ avoiding eye contact and body language. My discernment really kicked in and I felt it in my gut that the time was coming up to leave. When it happened, It felt like a ton of bricks lifted off of me. I am now focusing on my own business. This resonates my situation 100% that’s how I know this is confirmation from God. I was terminated November 1st, I was a full time assistant manager there for 1 year and the boss’s friend was a part time assistant manager there & she was always complaining about how she had to work 2 jobs and she was tired of it. The boss didn’t like me at all. She would always get people to call corporate on me and she would always go to the district manager and human resources manager on me. I worked harder than the both of them. The boss and the boss’s friend. Guess who has my position now that I’m terminated, the boss’s friend. The boss was plotting to get rid of me just so her friend could get my position. I hope everything after that FAILS. I’ll live to see or hear about it, even if I’m not there. This, I know.

Yes, I went through crap at the hands of my supervisor who I suspected to be a narcissist. She turned ppl against me in my department who I was cool with, like overnight it seemed. Unbeknownst to her and everyone else, I never planned to stay and struggled through it until my plan for better employment came through. My suspicions about her came true bc I blocked her everywhere, I started getting texts/calls from different #’s.bc I had put the silence feature on to go straight to vmail, never was a message left. I make sure I’m well put together at all times, like my grandma told me growing up…”Never look like on the outside what you’re going through on the inside.” I’ve bumped into several of those co-workers with a “hi-bye” …, silly rabbits to be led by another. My new job is great🙌🏻 no problems at all.

Tears are just streaming 😢 because this is exactly what happened to me in September; however, God blessed me with a job the very next day. I was hired in the interview and received my offer letter 15 minutes after that 🙌🏽. I cry because it’s just so so sad that ppl can be so evil to me. I don’t bother anyone and nice to everybody. I know that they haven’t hired anyone new as of yet and the upper mgt have had to take turns to do my job when I did it all by myself w/ no help. I thank God for everything he does for me especially protecting me from seen and unseen dangers 🙏🏽. My own boss was trying to sabotage me and she was fired the very next day. She made at least $50k more than me and she didn’t even know 1/2 of what I knew 🤦🏽‍♀️.
