I work in a cinema and for two weeks (for the release of No Time To Die) they had all of the Bond songs play on a loop (that is a total of 80 hours of me at work listening to nothing but Bond songs). They are drilled into my head and started to drive me crazy but now that we're not playing them anymore, I have some takeaways (just my opinion obviously): "You Know My Name" is really underrated. "Another Way To Die" is the worst Bond song. "Diamonds Are Forever" is the best Bond song to date and along with "You Only Live Twice" and "Goldeneye" was the only song I didn't eventually get sick of.

@@chrislaverick6413 I can see why some people feel that way but honestly, as much as it sticks out like a sore thumb, it feels like it's the brief many people have a problem with rather than the song itself. It definitely feels extremely out of place as a Bond song but at least it's a song that ticks the boxes it wants to. It is successful in what it set out to do. Another Way to Die, was not successful. Grating harmonies, repetitive melodies and a really forced "edginess". Basically, Die Another Day had bad creative direction (but fittingly, so did the movie) whereas Another Way to Die was a bad song. But that's just my opinion though.

@@THEtomh Like I said in another response, Die Another Day sticks out like a sore thumb but its problem is with its creative direction (which was also the problem with the movie). It is a bad Bond song because it successfully follows a bad brief. Another Way to Die as a song has grating harmonies, vocals that don't mix well, repetitive melodies and just doesn't succeed (in my opinion) in being cool and edgy. Even though Die Another Day was borderline ridiculous, I found sitting through Another Way to Die a far more irritating experience.
