Hello and thank you so much for reaction. Diana Navarro is quite amazing, versatile and a master of La Copla, Flamenco and Saeta genres. This Copla called "Romance de la otra - Romance of the other (lover)" was writing in 30´s and have sung by many Copla Spanish singers, "I am the another one and I have not rights because I don´t have a ring with a date inside.." Nice tribute to Plácido Domingo from Diana Navarro performance and the Symphony Orchestra of Europe conducts Luis Cobos. Sublime!

If I have a suggestion, I would recommend a Selena video, it would be her performance at the 1994 Tejano Music Awards (TMAs) performing “No Me Queda Más”. As well as her infamous ‘last’ interview, where she is ultimately asked how she would like to be remembered.

Hello again! This could be a great opportunity for you to discover another Spanish traditional music, "Her Majestic, The Copla". Copla resurge in the begging of the XX century, and was a great successful, it was like the pop music in that years, but the lyrics are usually the most important part of it. Like this one, a good example, it hide a message: at the first moment, we could think that "you deserves your sadness, girl, you are the other"... But if you think twice, you remember that it was composed in an age where the marriage rarely was for love, even in the poorest people, it was a business for the families, and that was like this to the 50's. This kind of lyrics was a way to made the people questioned some social problems with other point of view, like the single maternity, the prostitution, etc. And this kind of music changed a lot of minds and finished some disgusting reactions and traditions about that. In fact, during Franco's dictatorship, some lyrics was censured or changed, and despite the dangers, some singers and composers challenged the censorship... If you want to try with another song or listen one of this great singers, I could suggest you some greats ones. No, I must to say: you need to hear "Mi niña Lola", "Mi girl (my daughter) Lola. Thank you for your respect for our singers and music, I hope you really enjoy it.

The translación of the lirycs is not right. It was not you Who came to me to tell me that you was going to get married wirh another woman No. Bas tongues came to announced me your marriage saying that The White veil and White orange flowers were for other girl. They were un LOVE but he has to get married for family o whatever Matter wirh other girl. So, she Will be from them on "The other" that was the fact in those years in Spain. Men did not finish their LOVE affair but their life was In order but The woman was rejected and her Life destroyed and the only pay for that was to have his LOVE.
