There is adoctor in the US treating patients with stargardt successfully with low dosage Echothiophate, he is called Dr. G. Nolan in Farmington CT. and has also published studies about it.

That's a scam. I've had real doctors tell me not to waste time with him. No amount of eye drops can fix the problem.
