We have few great balerinas on stage novadays with outstanding interpretations of parts. But somehow Diana manages to stand out in this exclusive club. I think she is the greatest dancer of this century. I know we have 90 years ahead. Will anyone come even better? To challenge such stage presence?

Many in Russia, or Russian trained, with incredible interpretations of different parts, Diana Vishneva, although very good, not, in my opinion, among the best of them. Also, not the greatest dancer of this century. That likely goes to Uliana Lopatkina, with others close behind, or depending on one's preferences, on a par, Oxana Skorik for sure. Other greats include, but not limited to, not in any order: Svetlana Zakharova, Viktoria Tereshkina, Natalia Osipova (the most dramatic interpreter of Giselle), Olga Smirnova, Olesya Novikova, Kristina Shapran, Yulia Stepanova, Evgenia Obraztsova, Anna Tsygankova, Angelina Vorontsova, Polina Semionova. New: Maria Khoreva, Maria Iliushkina, May Nagahisa, Eleonora Sevenard, Xenia Zhiganshina. TO NAME JUST A FEW!
