Work on your mindset D and know that no one will work like you. If they deliver 85-90% of your expectation retain them. Train yourself on not to supervise. Supervision is another thing that tortures you; It works you out. This advice is from an experienced perfectionist 😃struggling to enjoy what life gives without harsh questioning. All the best
