I heard yesterday from Eckhart Tolle that the word Atmen in German means breathing and comes from Sanskrit origin ... German is part of the Indo-European languages ...

Eckhart Tolle is a German living in Canada. Diana Verry is a Canadian living in Germany. Both are living, breathing, interesting people.

Do you know anything about germans who havent lived in germany? Like perks, not so good stuff.. Maybe do a video as of what german citizens have to do vs what people from other countries have to do when living in germany. Like people from other countries - Pay x for this service while citizends dont pay or pay more or less...

Does anyone know how much money in CAD is needed per month? I would like to know roughly how much I should save before moving.

Please , anyone may answer ( sorry out of topic )...Are there a lot of Germans married to foreigners especially from Poland, Russia, Italy and Turkey ?
@Hanmacx4 жыл бұрын
For East Germany: Poland yes I think Some part of Poland was once Germany and the Germans there where forced to leave so some have ties to Poland there (wiki Silesia) For Russia East Germany was occupied by Russia once and some of them stayed there so some might related to Russia there For Turkey, Döner it's Germany's most favorite fast food. So I guess there are some amount of Turks there ;p

@@waelfaraj6705 yeah that's what I meant with occupied East Germany Russia was treated as East Germany's big Brother So the migration was in both directions

First also hi Diana I have a question that needs answer I hope you don’t mind in long sentence... How’s the coronavirus cases in Germany? Do lot of infected recovered faster and higher compared to positive infected cases? Because Australia is doing better than Germany in tackling the pandemic making me believed that the healthcare system, the government services & the economy is better than Germany.... My sister works in Australia but I want to carve my part in Europe, Germany welcomes for first time travelers and migrant workers and I learned that it isn’t necessary to learn German though it’s mandatory..... I hope it doesn’t take too much time reading my statement but I like a reply from you.....

What is better in Australia is that there is less bureaucracy than in Germany ... All the best to all ...

Be carefull to compare Corona in both countries: You had a peak in your winter, while we had a low in German summer at the same time. The fatalities per 100000 inhabitants in Germany are by far the lowest of all European states (in fact, a fifth of the next best!) The German healthcare system was not stressed at any time, Germany could take care for patients from our European neighbours. You can check the Corona status at www,rki.de I also recommend this Wiki to get a first impression of the German healthcare system: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Healthcare_in_Germany
