Out of the blue two weeks ago I am waking up at 3 p.m. I get up and check the football scores..read my messages..wash a few dishes and then go back to bed until 5ish. I get up and do the washing..tidying up...coffee and by 6.30 am getting ready to do a shop and breakie. I think the combination of the Solar Eclipse and The coming of Summer Solstice plus the climate change issue is having an effect. I am also going to bed at nine p.m. I'm just relaxing into this. It is what it is. So glad you brought this up Dianne.
