Love watching your cooking videos, in China my nationality is known as Miao but in Laos, Thailand, Vietnam, and in America we are known as Hmong. My ancestors fled from China southward to Laos, Vietnam, and Thailand during the Miao, Chi You and the Han Chinese war. Then during the Secret War in Laos when the American pulled out of the Vietnam War, many Miao/ Hmong end up in third world countries such as the US, Canada, France, ...etc. My family end up in the US, we are now living in Atlanta Georgia USA.

It's hard to tell from a video but, most red peppers are spicy. Chinese foods normally have spicy peppers in them because the capsaicin helps to kill bacteria and China is definitely not very clean, especially in rural areas.
