Thanks to the hot and dry valley climate, the coffee beans have a balanced taste with low acid levels, mild bitterness, intense fruity aroma and a fuller body. Yunnan coffee is warmly welcomed in the market. I picked a basket of coffee beans along Lujiang River and tried roasting my own coffee beans at home. In this quiet afternoon, let's enjoy a cup of hot coffee.

??? Was that cake supposed to have baking powder? Lots of novelty today. Picking coffee cherries, eating them? Might be enough to make some jelly or syrup... a very novel product. I roast coffee beans myself, but have never seen coffee growing on the tree. This is the most premium coffee you could have! It's supposed to be bitter, I think. It's medicine, right? A little bit poisonous really. I think the right thing is to have some sweet beside the coffee if you need it. Today's episode was unexpected, but I'm crazy about coffee and really enjoyed it.

"Ugly" cakes are my favorite! They always tastes the best. My mom used to bake wedding cakes, and sometimes the cake would be too tall or it would have a funny bubble in the cake and so mom would let my siblings and I have the "ugly" cake. Lol It is a nice memory.

You tried and didn’t give up. You could have replaced your cake with one baked by a professional baker and pretended it was your own, but you let us see that everything doesn’t turn out perfect but you just go on. My pumpkin pie ended up being 2 pies this year but my husband loved it.

Whenever your dog is about to pee in the wrong spot, say "no" in a horrible loud voice. Pretend your dog is about to get hurt, you noticed, and scream. Eventually, your dog would probably get it. (If you naturally have a horrible loud voice 😂🤣😂)...therefore Dog did not get it, then Plan B: When the dog pee or poop at the spot that you want him/her to use, use a voice of approval after and immediately allow him/her to sniff a scent that you have chose (any scent...may it be coffee bean, vanilla bean, garlic, etc...but not a scent that would offend or bother your dog too much). The next time you take your dog for pee pee, at the spot where you would want him/her to pee, pull out that scent again and let the dog sniff. Stay there until he/she pees or poops. Then approve. This done over many times may lead your dog to relate that particular spot to for peeing/pooping, without the use of chosen scent. The dog related the equation {his/her pee or poop = chosen scent = that spot}. Eventually, the dog won't need that scent and would go to that spot anyway to pee, now that {pee or poop = that spot}. Scent is only a dummy variable and is not at all important to your dog. But don't grow coffee, vanilla, or garlic...otherwise, your dog may think where these plants grow is his/her toilet 🙄 This is what I would try if I had a dog, and it needs to be housebroken or be trained to toilet at a particular spot. And maybe don't use coffee, or vanilla, or garlic during the period of training. And don't choose a scent that you think your dog would find offensive ... like chili pepper. But each dog is different in the way they notice information and then process that information. Your comment is one year old. I think that you have succeeded in training your dog by now??

A little tip for you with the cake. Don't open the door of the oven when it's ready, turn the oven off and let it cool in there. And adding some corn starch to your cake mix will help

The reason why the cake fell down for how many times, it's because the oven doesn't pre-heated. Make sure to pre-heat the oven with exact temperature.

I think the reason why your cake keeps deflating is because you didn’t give it a water bath and the temp was too high. For soft and delicate cakes like the cotton/sponge cake you made, you need to set the cake pan in a pan filled with water, lower the temperature and cook it for longer amount of time to make sure that the temperature of the cake and oven is well moderated. It keeps the top levelled and prevents cracking and sinking and also gives moisture to your cake so I suggest doing this next time :^)
