@@annakret910 As a Chinese, I can tell you that century eggs are delicious, but of course you can have your own preferences. It's hard for me to describe the exact flavor of it because it's very complex. Some people are put off by its appearance and smell, and some people don't like its taste, but in fact they need to eat it the right way. Of course, everyone's preference for eating it will be different. But I can promise you that once you find a way to eat it that works for you, you will love it. Its egg white is like jelly, and its yolk is like puree, and it tastes like quicksand buns (maybe not accurate, I tried my best). If you like your breakfast to be a little more flavorful, I also recommend the Chinese salted eggs. Its egg yolk is the best I have ever tasted in the world.
