These are so cute! You could add the big baby flower hair clips on the front instead of just regular flowers then the baby can use them too! I love that you don't ruin any diapers and the ribbon is even reusable! Great job!

Finished the video... I agree, it would look weird taking the one shoe lol But if you are giving this present I guess its going to be someone you really love and appreciate lol If you are doing this for a boy and don't want to put flowers you can find those giant gingle bells (they have different colors) and put those instead! When I was young I remember babies wearing them with those little baby white leather shoes. Love this idea!

Thank you, Thom! I made the booties for my niece's baby shower and they are so cute! My booties were 12" long x 8" wide x 9" high. The diameter of the hat box that I used was about 7". I used about 4 yds. of 7/8" ribbon and 5 yds. of 1-1/2" ribbon.

Hi again Sweet Thom~~where is the mystery man today This is sooooooooooooo super cute...luv this idea...only I think I would have used something like removable tape or washi tape to hold down the blankees to the diapers...that way it will not tear the diapers when being taken apart...
