honestly, the last point you made is very refreshing to hear, personally I wear diapers for a number of reasons, the main one of which is they help calm my autism and anxieties, there's been a lot of trauma in my life and they just help me cope with getting through the day, also useful for my tiny bladder tho XD

I have struggled with IBS and a nervous bladder for years but since I have completely lost my vision over the past 2 years they have helped me deal with social anxiety and being in public and unaware of public restrooms and the surprises that they can contain. I am also a little but they definitely help me manage the stress in my adult life when it comes to coping with the new reality that I have found myself in. Even outside of a non medical reason, I think if you are happy and comfortable wearing a diaper then go for it. The stigma needs to go. It's not just the elderly or babies. Everyone has their own reason, and that's OK. I think it's cool that even veterans are using to cope with ptsd as well. So many are committing suicide because they don't have the tools needed to defuse all these emotions. Being a veteran myself, I understand.

They are good for extended use and for people who can't dash to the restroom on time. My problem is mild to moderate, so I wear bladder control pads every day. But a diaper is great if the unexpected gushing happens and there isn't a restroom nearby to change. I am a young woman with limited mobility, so my fibromyalgia causes bladder spasms and urgency. My tip is that an individual should test out a product before leaving the house, that way a change of clothes is on hand should a leak occurs.

I can't tell you how many close calls I've had on the way to use the toilet. I end up wetting my underwear and in some cases, my outer pants. That tells me that I need to wear diapers.

Highly recommend your channel. Diapers have definitely saved my dignity many times. The tape up ones especially since blood pressure meds made my incontinence worse. Insurance only gave me pull-ups which are better than bladder control pads for milder forms of leakage.

I have urge incontinence and have had to wear diapers most of my life. I got over the embarrassment long ago. I live with my partner and best friend and she helps out a lot. It's great to have someone who cares. She makes sure fo remind me when it's time to change and usually carries the diaper bag when we do go out. She offers to change my diaper when I'm tired or cranky. Hope you have someone who cares too that will do the same.

I kinda do find myself of wearing those adult size diapers to really do help me cope with those levels of stress and anxieties well in a very healthy well mannered due, with my autism that I may have indeed. Plus it makes me happy that I am living myself as a full time adult baby girl. Especially with my girlfriend who is actually my full time caregiver indeed. I've had overactive bladder symptoms since my mid teens. I've wondered if liking diapers and having a fetish for them could be influenced by the insecurities one gets with overactive bladder. It's been quite a difficult time dealing with all of that wrapped together. I've experienced situations where I feel like i am going to lose control. I've also had situations where I've felt like I've had an accident but didn't. I've felt like ive been gaslighting myself on whether I need diapers or not. Sometimes telling myself that it's not good to want to wear diapers if they aren't medically needed for accidents. I have been having occasional accidents lately. I've sought treatment, and medications have somewhat made things worse. Also there's no physical abnormalities with my bladder according to ultrasound. I'm thinking it's time for me to wear diapers while I'm out of the house to ease my anxieties and manage possible accidents.

Ever since I came off a catheter in February I have found myself needing to go more often than normal at nighttime and I didn't like how it was effecting my sleep cycle. So I am trying to see if it works out. Hope for the best. I also find it more comfortable and it helps me deal with the trauma I endured at a younger age, but I won't go into details.

Well for one make sure you are properly cleaning up. A lot or problems arise from not cleaning up thoroughly enough and when one is newer to needing diapers this can be a common issue. Cloth backed diapers do not contain smells very well and do very little to let the skin breathe more. They generally just let the smell out more than they let air in. Plastic backed diapers contain smells a lot better. Another thing that causes smells is improper fit and leaking. If you are experiencing leaks, dampness on your clothes, or anything like this then the diaper is not containing everything properly and you may need a different product to resolve the issue. Finally, it could just be in your head. We often feel very self conscious about these things and our minds amplify things that really aren't an issue. Perhaps there is someone close you can be open with and just ask them, hey...do i smell at all? Can you smell me from there? etc. Then you might find out that you don't really smell at all and it's just your mind playing tricks on you. You could also try some cologne or something else to help too.
