It showed that: • Although Greg is a narcissist, he's still a middle schooler and a human • Rowley really DOES care for Greg, despite what's been shown in some official books • Frank isn't a complete a--hole, as he avenged Greg. Bravo to author; a genius, he is.

When the handyman was opening up who he was, I could already see the jojo references, hear the music sneaked into the empty backround, and a couple pages later die of being run over by a truck, the same fate as kira yoshikage, in jojo’s bizarre adventure. It’s a great anime and I recommend giving it a watch seasons 1 and 2 are completely different to the rest but still worth it.

Honest review: honestly suprisingly not bad. Now its not the end all be all of detective stories its a decent short read. I liked how it actually had a decent twist with greg being killed in the middle of the story its actually unexpected but it works well enough given his death actually has a pay off with frank simple as it was. Plus despite dying he actually was helpful beyond the grave with what he did find leading to the handyman being caught even if he never saw it. For a legit second I thought it was going to be rowleys dad. They do treat greg like he is a better person then he actually is but lets say its an alternate version of him. The detective side feels like it would be a somewhat interesting plotline but later it kind of just feels like they wanted to wrap it up also if the killer moved from town to town and if greg had him as a suspect than cross refrencing when the handyman moved towns and who moved towns would have resolved the conflict earlier when rowleys dad got his hand on the evidence. Also the handy man being killed by frank is fitting but also it feels like it had a wrap it up mentality. So its a story you can listeb to once and on a reread its not as great but it works well enough it is silly that greg was writing as the handy man was gonna kill him like dude take one of his tools. Also cctv would work against him the fact it was just a random guy we heard of but didnt care about made it lame But its a decent first read
