I have both bpi and seabank. Malaking tipid sa cash-in and transfer fees. Free cash in bpi and free transfers to other banks and of course higher interest din.

Base on my experience with seabank almost a year narin mukhang safe naman sya maliban kasi sa mga sinabi mo nagsi send sila ng otp kapag may nagta try mag open ng account mo using other device it happened to me kaya kampante ako with seabank at ownbank kasi nagsi send ng otp
