When it comes to shampoo and conditioner, have you tried fanola? I tried them for the first time 3 years ago and haven't used anything else since. I use the reconstructing one plus the hair mask and it works wonders for me, I have long, thick, healthy looking hair. I get it bleached every 6 to 8 weeks too and my hair dresser always says how good of a condition my hair is in 😁 deffo worth a try if you havnt already xx

I've used quite a bit of the redken line. Absolutely love it, and then I tried verb ghost shampoo, conditioner and mask. When you can please give that a shot. You will see a big difference. Good luck and lots of love. Thank you for a wonderful video

I have this issue. Turns out it's the baking soda in them that causes an allergic reaction for some people. I get literal burns in my underarms. I need to check the incredient list for this one before I buy it

I did a haul at CB as I wanted the goody bag and I got all new things that I wanted to try, The goody bag I loved and realy wanted it there are 7 items I love or wanted to try in it so to get it I got all full sizes, Ouai detox shampoo, my head has been realy itchy for about 6 weeks now and I've tried scalp scrubs, so I thought I'd try a shampoo that strips all products out and I washed it 2 days ago and its not itched once yet, so hopefully I've found a cure. Then I met you cleansing balm, I used to use Elemis but had to stop because I was allergic to essential oils eventually and I've been tryingvto find a good balm cleanser since, I'm using the Drunk elephant slani butter cleanser but don't like the smell and I can't use it on my eyes as they get irritated.I got the Drunk elephant bright facial mask as I've seen a few realy good reviews and the new eye serums from the Ordinary, yes I'm still hunting for a good eye cream, I do like the Goldfadden md bright eyes but its rather expensive, though the way things are going I may have to just bite the bullet and buy it again. And the self warming masks, I love them, I don't get many headaches but I do suffer from insomnia and these help get me back into a decent routine again.I haven't tried any of those you got apart from porefessional but you already love it 😊 So enjoy your products and I'll be waiting to see what you think of the Redkin range. Sounds like menopause tbh unfortunately 😬 I have thyroid, cortisol and hormone issues plus now full blown menopause so can highly recommend the London Endocrine centre and the Marion Gluck clinic - uks top gynaecologists and menopause specialists. Both based in London and they do phone consults in between when you need to see them:) Do NOT use the anti snap spray!!! When you have hormonal thin hair the last thing you put in your hair is this!!! The other bad thing to avoid is all WOW hair products. You need moisture masks on overnight ideally every time you wash your hair - night before - I wanted to use the redken spray but my hairdresser who’s kept my hair in the best condition it can be considering I’m taking 68 tablets a day is biological injections etc said no no no to spray and anything protein or keratin related as it destroys thin and damaged/fragile hair. My hair is waist length and I get it highlighted every 10 weeks and my wonderful colourist is literally the only reason what’s left of my hair looks so good and hasn’t fallen out 😂

Ooh thank you for the recommendation regarding the clinic… I’ve been in peri menopause for 5yrs (since I was 42) and I started HRT a year ago but although some symptoms have gone I’m still left not feeling right. Doctors don’t have a clue how to manage my under active thyroid, cortisol issues, pcos and menopause all together not even the local gynaecologist! I’ve had to go private for help related to my thyroid around 10yrs ago and I think it’s maybe the right time to seek out more support from elsewhere. Ooh that’s interesting to learn about the spray! Thank you so much, I’ll do some digging around. I don’t want my hair to get worse 😢 xx
