I crushed it! I have lost 4 pounds in three days. Breastfeeding mom with a toddler. I also take my toddler outside to walk for about 30 min each day. One thing that super helped me with weight loss was downloading an app to track calorie intake. Hope this helps someone.

I’m 4monthes pp and I’m really unhappy with my body right now. I’m so weak when I used to be so strong. Pregnancy did a number on my body. This workout was so nice and I didn’t feel too weak 🤣 thank you for this! I’ll be looking for more

I crushed it! I have been following your channel since my early pregnancy. Until the end of the pregnancy I did not have any backpain thanks to your exercises, in spite of a huge belly. Unfortunately now 9 months later I discovered I have Diastasis Recti. And again I plan to use your videos to heal this! Great channel Jessica, thanks for keeping us mums active and happy

I could cry I am so glad I found your channel!!! I have 2 littles 4 &2 and I’ve been having a hard time finding workouts that work with my daily routine and that also aren’t really expensive. Thank you for providing this! I have hip FAI and this was really easy to modify and make work when necessary.

I’m just starting to get into working out after baby and this was great! I loved that you weren’t super chatty through the workout but would have liked if you could maybe say when a particular move is ending. While focusing on my form I don’t keep my eyes glued to the screen so it would be helpful to have verbal cues now and then. Looking forward to more videos like this, thank you!

I loved this! It was great for my DR. I am 5 months postpartum with baby #6. I doubled the speed to get that true HIIT experience. Every muscle was worked 🙏. I would prefer no ad breaks mid-workout and a sound effect countdown would be great alongside a timer. I will do this one again!

I'm 11 weeks postpartum now - Thank you Jessica for all your prenatal en postpartum yoga and workouts; they really helped me a LOT during my pregnancy, giving birth (I got compliments from my midwife how I'd handled my labour and the way I'd give birth to my son) and now postpartum with getting back my strength and energy in a safe way.

Just had my second son 3.5 months ago. Have diastasis - and after my first son I had a bladder prolapse. Used to love HITT and I almost feel traumatized about exercising after all the damage to my body. Need to try to get over my fear and try some exercises ! Looking forward to trying this in addition to my physio therapy and daily walking!

I just discovered your videos after I decided to start getting back in shape in this new year as I get close to being 5 months postpartum. This is my second baby and my body isn’t bouncing back as fast as it did with my first so I enjoy your workouts because they are very doable and I feel like I had a good workout afterwards. And 20 minutes is the perfect amount of time when I have a two year old and 5 month old to contend with! I can’t wait to see more of your HIIT videos.

I feel you caslar1111. My second is 8 weeks and my first is 20 months. I gained a lot more weight the second time around and ceased all exercise during. So happy I found these workouts. I feel like I have found a lost part of myself again.

I've been doing your videos for a while now, since about 20 weeks pregnant and now I'm 9 weeks pp. I love your style and every work out I've done. This was probably one of the older videos I've selected and I just wanted to applaud you. You've come such a long way and your content and videos just keep getting better. This is the 1st real workout I've done since having my 4th baby hes 4 months old. He was asleep and I thought I can do 20 minutes.. he woke up in the middle of it so I put him down by my mat and included him by making faces and playing with his toys as I worked out. You do what you have to to make it happen. I have missed working out but it's been hard when not getting sleep. I also really like the music you use.

I have a two year old at home. last year when baby turned one i started these exercises and was crushing it until covid crushed us and i was hospitalized and hubby and baby were sick at home. when i finally got back , my mom passed away from covid . i live in another country and becoz of my worse condition doctor forbade me to fly to say good bye to mom one last time. after months of struggling i finally got back to exercises yesterday, feeling pretty motivated . if anyone out there just like me, just hang in there for better or for worse. lets do this together

I crushed it! 🥰 I have rheumatoid arthritis, as well as 3 boys, ages 3, 1.5, and 7 months. I eat 90% plant based to help with my RA, but it still makes it hard to lose weight because I'm usually extremely fatigued and in pain. But I'm tired of being sad about my body and ready to try helping it, instead. I've been scared of working out because I was sure that I couldn't do it, but this workout was just challenging enough that I felt like I could handle it, but still had me sweating! Thank you 😊

Thank you for these workouts! I love that you offer such a great variety of workouts. I did some of your workouts throughout pregnancy and now your postpartum workouts. I did it!! This was so manageable to do. I was a spin instructor and after having my daughter almost 4 years ago I have gone through some very challenging times. This workout showed me how unfit I have become… But this was so helpful and I love the tips! I’ll be back again!!

5 weeks postpartum and ready to get back into shape with recent clearance from my dr. Did this video while the baby napped and loved it! Got a good sweat and was able to stick with it. Thank you!

I love this. I had my youngest four years ago. His birthday was actually yesterday (: anyways, I had him on my bathroom. Got to the hospital. My blood pressure was so high, I died. Obviously brought back to life. They don't know how I survived cause my BP was three times higher than what it should have been. Anyways, i ended up blind for four months. My stomach went way down after having him. And I didn't have diastasis recti. But after about a week of being in the hospital. I got pancreatitis. And my stomach grew BIGGER than when I was pregnant, over night. That's how I ended up with diastasis recti. I didn't know what it was for years. Just kept telling my hubbs that I feel like my stomach was stuck out of my body. Like it never went back in after healing from pancreatitis. Well my point of this comment is... after having my son. I had no feeling from my mid stomach and back, down to my toes. Had to learn how to walk again. I still can't run. And I have severe nerve damage. I fall alot. Can't jump, or do anything. Can barely even walk most days. So I've kinda been down on myself when it comes to my stomach and the bulge I see in it everyday. Because all the exercises involve jumping around. Using your legs n stuff. But I'm so thankful for this video because the modifications you put up... I think I may actually be able to do!!!! So I'm so excited to try this. Ans possibly get my belly back to what it used to be. Because having a bigger stomach is affecting every thing. Especially sexually with my husband. I know he doesn't mind. But I do. Idk. But anyway. Thank you for this video!!!! I love it. And hope I can do the modifications (:

I did it! I have loved your videos- my daughter is 2.5 , the past year I have suffered with 2 hernias at the midline that popped up postpartum. I did Baby Boot Camp and all and now realize how unsafe some workouts tailored for mothers can be. These are great resources for 1st time moms! Thank you for the gentle approach and modifications!

I crushed it! I'm 21 weeks postpartum tomorrow, with my 2nd child (my first is 5yrs old). I'm so happy I found this!!! I look forward to continuing this workout, as well as incorporating more of your workouts. I've been feeling so discouraged lately because my body didn't bounce back this time the way it did with my first (my diastasis recti didn't show itself until this past pregnancy). Crushed it! I recently stumbled across your channel after realizing I was doing all the WRONG moves recently to help my midsection. I inadvertently made my condition worse but this was challenging yet not heartbreaking. Excited to see what the next couple of weeks bring!

Hi im new to this channel i have diastasis been doing dr exercises for a month and a bit and my belly looks and feels stronger! I used to have incontinence issues but no more and doming has gone 😄 now im trying tp close my 1 finger gap and lose the extra skin
