Hi, when I put my micro SD card into the slot, the SD card seems to small. It moves around inside the product, and I have to shake it like crazy to get the card out. The slot is too big. Faulty product?

Hi Jason Lee, quick question. So I think my camera is a fake because in order to turn on light vision mode I have to hold down the power button key for 2 seconds, and pressing the button 3 times does not activate motion detection mode at all. 😥 Do you have any suggestions as to how to fix it. I am using a 32gb so and charged it all the way, plus I reset it 5 times.

Hi any suggestion after I long pressed the on/off, it flashes 3 times with red,blue light then it goes to standby mode. It does not start recording after 1 press on/off, it just keep in standby mode?

ok guys the five is the recording side the middle if the five is the cam.fit the SD in its effective against anti spy cameras as most anti spy devices look for radio bluetooth and wifi waves which this does not emit a simple SD cam.its annoying you cant get a screen and have to keep popping the card in and out the computer.so make sure its in a godd spot.hit the 1 button which is the power button hold it till a blue light flashes 3 times then tap it again to record so not very discreet there.that you have all this tapping to do.if stuck in the 3 blink stage without record its stand by and once motion is detected it records both noise and sight.however the lenses are very obvious does not look like a dice at all its only advantage is its small.and becuse of that had to be put on high spots.also thus is the first cam to come up when you type spy devices so im sure ppl doing shady stuff must know of it.so just hide it dont keep it in plain view.every video is 5 mins but it keeps recording after another its just saving a file.so you can still use a movie editor to connect each 5 minute piece.

It lasts about 60 minutes in motion detection mode. Once a movement is detected, Max 5 minutes a video document. If the object stops moving, the camera is still in motion detection mode until power off. When there is a new movement is detected, the camera will automatically continue to record it again.

hi, I just bought this but I think it may be defective. It's not working how it works in this video. The blue light comes on outside of the power button which is odd. When I press and hold the power for 3 seconds, the blue light comes on but then it blinks 9 times by itself without doing anything and then turns off. Is there anything I can do to get it to work before I decide to return it. thanks

According to your question , maybe have 3 point : 1. lower power battery ( please charging 2 hours before using , the red led light on whinle charging , the red will off when full charged) 2.the camera could not read the memory card ( please format the memory card on your computer before using , and insert the memory in the correct way ) 3. memory card broken ( please use a reader then connect to computer to check the memory card is working or not . Or change another memory card . Note : Please use the original Sandisk / Kingston .... hight speed Class 10 Memory card ) Please recheck while you free ! You have to plug it into the computer. There will be a text file I think called "setup" or something with a date and time in it. Change the date and time to the current moment and click save. N at the end of the string will indicate if you want the date/time to not display in the recording. Changing it to Y will have it display.
