"Point is that you're uncomfortable. So, he needs to stop." Yes! this is the million dollar statement. There's no specific definition of what a bad touch is or whose touch is making us comfortable. It may also happen that two different people are touching us in the same way, but one of them makes us feel very uncomfortable, and there's nothing wrong to feeling in that way. People need to understand that if their touch is making one uncomfortable, then they need to stop immediately. Doesn't matter if that person isn't uncomfortable with someone else touching them the same way!

Just few months back I had to leave the organisation I was working in, it was fully male dominated and just because I had good terms with one of the fellow all the other male in the group began talking rubbish about me, they weren't just harassing me but to the one fellow who wasn't enjoying their behaviour. When I complaint it to my Manager he couldn't help me. And they wanted me to stay there untill that group under me got graduated. It was my first job, I went to POSH and ultimately for the peace of my mind I left it. Thanks Dice media to bringing up this issue, women go through it all the time and we need to take stand for each other. Kudos.

This is such a good episode. This could be used as a case study by HR in explaining the importance of POSH and how people like Ashish can be put to task. Its a good awareness video.Being a lady working in corporate we all go through something like this at one point in time in our careers and it makes us uncomfortable. We don't confront by the fear of getting "stereo-typed" and outcasted.Kudos! to bring in this here.

There're people like Ashish out there in real world & most of the girls might be questioning their own selves whether they're over reacting or how ashish's behaving is completely normal & that it ain't a big deal...It's actually such a situation that only the one in it would get it & others would just term it as "attention-seeking feminists" & what not. Hats off for putting this topic forward. It was so so needed!

Good job Nikhat!!! What Ashish fails to realise is that he and nikhat dont share the same relationship as she and Manav. She did absolutely right by warning him of first, but probably the best she did was talk to Ray about it. You know, people always second guess themselves on situations like these, and Ray just went and encourages Nikahat on taking the right step. Excellent episode, today's!! Conveys a meaningful message. Brilliant work Aisha an Yashaswini, Hats off.
