Another thing that will help a lot with this exercise is that you make sure your bladder and bowels are both empty. That is for the simple reason that you do not want to have to worry about wetting yourself or pooping yourself either when working your pelvic muscle's. If you want to run that risk because your into that scene go right ahead but if you're not into the scat scene you may want to make sure everything is empty and clear.

As a counseling student in graduate school, this makes a lot of sense. One of the relaxation techniques we are taught is to use deep, diaphragmatic breathing, and to "breath into" parts of our body we want to release tension from. This is why Caitlin's videos are the best, they are based on scientifically proven methods, rather than just, "This worked for me, so it will for you too."

06/02/2024 Guys, please consider doing this! I've had lifelong PE which I discovered when I was 13 yo and now I'm 21. I've found out that no matter the time, I always tend to squeeze and hold my pelvic floor muscles, BC and PC which are used to hold or release pee and stool. Whenever I try to loosen my BC and PC muscle, I tighten them back as soon as I loose focus. This happened due to me sitting for 8 hours from 5 years of age and eyes glued to my computer screen which I sat vertically and put a decades worth of pressure on my pelvic floor which led to this disaster. As soon as I tried to relax by reverse kegeling and maintain focus of keeping them loose 24/7, I've lasted 50 seconds from mere 20- seconds! I know it's not a whole improvement but it's only been a week. Also, practice diaphragmic breathing and make that your default breathing technique from now on because diaphragmic breathing instead of chest breathing constantly relaxes your pelvic floor muscles and aids in getting your heart settled during s*x or m*sturbation which also contributes to longer endurance. I'll keep on updating you guys from now on to motivate you guys!

I'm gonna brag a little here! I learned this trick when I was 18 years old. I used to do 50-60 of these a day. my ex-wife ended up hating it because I could last for hours. (only a small exaggeration there). these days I have other problems, medical, so sex is pretty far down on my list of priorities these days. but you're right, it works. and with the right partner, the sex is out of this world for both of you!

Thank you great stuff. Just a Question in Tantra/Tao they teach this in the opposite way. Inhale Flex/Clench, Exhale Release/Relax also during Sex. Makes this a difference?

Awesome video Caitlin! I had a flashback during this video. When I was younger I read something on this (though you explained it better) and tried this out. Now at the time I wasn't as much of a kink magnet, still a virgin back then, so I had no means of gauging time/effectiveness. After some time doing this exercise the time to lose my virginity inability occurred. My partner at the time didn't believe I was a virgin afterwards. We actually had mini "arguments" about her actually being my first. I had to reassure her multiple times. I remember in the reading it recommended using a tennis ball as you got more advanced. Do you recommend this? Heard of this?

@@weightloss9080 In my experience it helps to learn regular kegel as a starting point. Keep in mind learning doesn't mean master. I think once you get a decent handle on regular try a couple reverse. Though Caitlin is the expert at this I'm more of an enthusiastic amateur. Anyway hope this helped.

This one is interesting, I always just did Kegels and never realized what I was doing exactly but it can make me super hard while doing them. That said, the blood from a Kegel unless being stimulated well, tends to fade quickly. I'll have some fun exploring this "new" technique.

Wow, just wow. I'm blown away at how well it works for delaying orgasm, almost works too well - numbing the penis slightly. Alternating it with regular kegels is a rollercoaster lol. I did reverse kegels previously as part of training the muscles with regular kegels, but never knew this could be used during sex - it meant that this movement is well developed for me and was easy to use right away, so it might vary for others at the start but certainly worth learning! My main issues now are: staying focused enough to actually do these at the right times; and not pooping accidentally, since I'm pretty sure I am using some of the same muscles when pushing on the toilet, unless I am overdoing it haha

Sounded to me like your last example reversed the exercise. Started with inhale push down which is your reverse legal then step 3 with a regular kegal, 1st example was breathe in push out muscle (reverse) then exhale and tighten (regular legal) so far so good... then the final example segueing into the arm demonstration flipped it. Hell I may be hearing the whole thing backwards 😂

It's not just about sqeezing or pushing. It's like a dance. It's good to learn to put the tension or relaxation anywhere along the muscle. I also recommend mixing those exercises with breathing exercises (ventilation and holding it) and move the pubic muscle too. And massage and external stimulus (cold, hot water, pinching, scratching, squeezing, shaking, patting...

Interesting I do lingam breathing exercises daily as taught by Quodoushka... currently I am achieving a higher plane of awareness as I retain semen and energy is being redirect through my entire body. Lots of practice and time went into this to achieve this result I must say very stimulating 🙃😸

Then it's likely you're not breathing deeply enough, or you're inhaling too quickly. I find that if I inhale slowly and deeply, I tend to exhale at the same rate.

Question: I once was at the climax of ejaculating and it really came out of nowhere but I managed to stop the ejaculation while doing a reverse kegel (squeezed my PC muscle SUPER hard )while still having an orgasm. No semen came out and it felt reeaally weird... so weird that I was too scared to try it again. I looked it up and didnt find anything. The only thing that I found was "injaculation" where u squeeze with your hand your urethra to stop the semen from coming out. Sounds like the male multiple orgasm. From what I've read, it entails performing a kegel contraction so strong that it prevents the pulses from occurring, essentially postponing ejaculated. That means you get the wave of sensation from an orgasm, with no refractory period (time needed to recharge) so you can just keep on going. You've found the holy grail my friend! Enjoy!
