@@handohanners Hey how are you doing? As a rule of thumb, RB should not cut block because the defender can fall over you at the feet of the QB, defenders are too athletic to stay on the ground for a long time. In the NFL we do not make it a habit to cut for that reason. Often this spooks the QB and they wont settle in the pocket. Love the exaggeration, using good hand placement is crucial to being effective when you block for run or pass. No one is strong enough to take that type of force, that is correct, but your hands helps in absorb the contact and then the rest of your body will get involved.
