Realistically Herbst brings a ton of cash solid pick to establish a 3rd team and then possibly move on from. As far as Heim he will never be in a Gibbs car and 23XII can’t run a car without much funding

Though I do agree with the “pay driver” thing, I won’t fully underestimate him. I think he does have potential but it’s a “wait and see” situation. He may pan out, he may not but at the same time, if he doesn’t work out in year one, let’s not just jump on his case. It’s gonna take time.
