Nah it's closer to the premise of the movie in my opinion. FNAF6 happens in an active pizzeria where people are still coming and going every day, whereas the movie takes place in an abandoned pizzeria long after it's gone out of buisness.

I did. I was at Hot Topic with my friends one time, and I was trying to reach something under a row of FNAF 4 plushies. Then Nightmare Freddy fell towards me, and I felt like I was being jumpscared in real life. It's ridiculous, but it was horrifying at the time. Especially considering the fact that I was starting to avoid watching playthroughs of the game, cause I was getting nightmares. My nightmares were way more terrifying than the games themselves. XP

I've had a Fnaf experience at a chuck e cheese when I was a kid. It was my friends birthday party, we were eating at a dining table in front of the stage that chucky and his friends played on. At one point it was just me and my friend. We were looking at the chucky animatronic talking about how goofy it looked and how its left arm was doing weird movements.
