Glad Peggy and Dionne got together to these pod casts! I like the different view points . They are better than most of the men covering the Bears! I think we need to wait until games 5 or 6 to get a good read on what the 2024 Bears are going to be. Until then it is just speculation. Very excited about the upcoming year. I guess I'm crazy to think a pro quarterback could throw a bullet pass or touch one up...if you can't do that ypu shouldnt be throwing a ball period.

You ain't hear nothing through the grapevine you heard it the same place I heard from the coach who actually said he likes that because it shows he's willing to learn and want to learn and wants to be good you are the second person that then said something totally different from that interview that was actually said yeah I really think a lot of the fans don't watch the bears live interviews

We will find out soon! Meanwhile Justin Fields will shine in Pittsburgh. The Bears should have built a roster like this around Fields.

The knock on Fields is the same knock he had in college- accuracy, lack of anticipation and understanding what a nfl open receiver is. Can’t win big in this league if your roster have to be so good to overcome those flaws. And it’s impossible to give him a perfect roster when that qb is about to go in his 2nd contract. The really good teams the high paid qb is overcoming roster limitations.

Fields could never do what Caleb did in college with that USC team. JF had 3-4 first round WR in college. If you put Caleb on that same OSU - he would have beaten Alabama or whomever JF lost to in the National Championship

It was day f’ing one, to say “it was not good it was not good” YES, you are overreacting. It was day 1. Everyone should just say, it was day 1, we’re going to give it….oh I don’t know, a few weeks 🙄 to see if he can adjust his timing and speed after DAY 1. All of a sudden, we are two weeks in and he just missed 1 pass in that last practice. C’mon Chicago Media, why can’t YOU be better in your understanding and analysis?

Drafting a QB was a step back. We created an embarrassment of riches at a position already filled. It’s like remodeling a house that’s brand new. Like buying a new car and getting the breaks replaced. It’s like getting your tonsils taken out because you twisted your ankle. It’s like dentist giving you dentures at 5 years old. It’s like 🤢🤮

No it wasn't. Fields was terrible. Unless CW is a bust of historic levels he will be significantly better than Fields year 1 as a rookie. Yes we have an amazing top 3 WR but even still the depth is completely unproven. It's like you know nothing about football and aren't ashamed to show it

Brakes....Justin fields will never be a starter in the NFL unless the starting qb on that team gets hurt. He has no vision of the field. Exceptional athlete, but can't read a defense. Bears had no choice but to move on. Why do you think 31 other teams didn't take him lol wake up fields is not and never will be a franchise qb
