In AP Yards, that would be 26th between 2006 Frank Gore and 2000 Marshall Faulk. He would be 322 behind 2009 Chris Johnson (2509) and 205 behind his own personal best (3rd all-time, 2392). The same applies to Tyreek. Before his injury, he was on pace for 132 rec, 2098 rec yards, and 18 TDs. For all-time single-season ranks, that's 6th, 1st, and T-3rd, respectively. I didn't think that was enough WITH a 17th game. He needs more yards or needs to pair it with another stat. After the last two weeks, if he somehow managed to produced at his pre-injury pace, he would be at 120 rec, 1872 rec yards, 16 TDs. That's 18th, 3rd, and T-15th. Cooper Kupp's 2021 Triple-Crown season was 145 rec, 1947 rec yards, 16 TDs. 2nd, 2nd, T-15th. He received ONE mvp vote that season. Not because he was actually the MVP but because the voter had personal beef with Rodgers and refused to vote for him. Purdy is more efficient and more explosive than both 2021 Rodgers and 2021 Brady. Purdy's on pace to catch 2011 Rodgers in efficiency (07 Brady still way ahead).

Aaron rodgers won mvp in 2014 with 4400 yards 38 td 5 int 112 rating. Brock is set to beat him in yards td and rating with a couple more picks. That seems comparable to me. Also that year jordy nelson had 1600 yards, cobb had 1400 yards, and eddie lacy had 1500 scrimmage yards with 13 td. No one had an issue giving aaron mvp because while there were so many great players on that team (didnt even mention davante adams) everyone knew who was the captain of the ship. Brock is the captain. Cmc has been great, but he was there fumbling the ball when they lost those games too. Its pretty clear who the mvp is if you take the narrative glasses off.
