Inducing vomiting damages the vocal cords and we know she had bulimia for many years. Imagine the notes she could reach if it weren't all the problems she had to face in her life. I want to know if it's possible she could recover from the vocal cord damage if she took some years of rest and vocal care
@_.sxarlett.olsen._kk53215 жыл бұрын
Okay so if she practice's enough Im sure she could recover or If she rests her vocals then mabey But i highly believe with enough practice or Rest i know from personal attempts that When i sang when i was younger i could only hit alto notes now I go tp atleast a Bb5 and im better at belting now that i gave my voice a rest And its louder So i defenatly believe she could recover Its just the fact she has alot of vocal strain from singing and the fact She had bulimia and that stuff bc i almost rarely vomit I think ive only vomited Mabey a total of 5-7 times in my whole life
@Kristoff20055 жыл бұрын
@@_.sxarlett.olsen._kk5321 teach me how to hit a Bb5 since I crack to head voice if I try, it usually cracks in G#5 and higher, my mixed voice is very dry after I sing too much, I use a louder falsetto (head voice) and start to go lower to know if it vibrates through my chest, it's my technique and it works like a female voice since my speaking voice started getting lower to C#2 and Bb3 which makes my vocal range G1 (vocal fry, not really sure about what note it is) C#2-Bb3 (chest) Eb3-G#5 (mixed) F5-B5 (head voice, really undeveloped) A4-Bb6 (falsetto!) I was able to hear the whistle (a.k.a. squeaky sound) from the first time I saw the video of the obvious (SO OBVIOUS) live attempt, and still there are people who argue over the studio version. Like, dude, can people really not hear the difference between a voice and an instrument???? AT ALL?? One thing I do doubt is if she's ever attempting it live again. She rarely goes above the fifth octave, and even for artists that do it often we can't really say it's something easy, so I think she'll just focus on the usual mid and high belts (which btw I'm totally fine with). But anyway, I'm glad someone took the time to actually put together a whole 8 minute video evidence for this, and it was nice to hear the whistle repeatedly!

I think when Demi pulls away from the microphone, it’s intentional. As we’ve seen, she doesn’t have much stage confidence especially when it comes to her very high and difficult notes. She most likely pulls away from the microphone on difficult and challenging notes, because she’s afraid to mess up and have it be projected loudly in the area.

It IS an instrument. When it comes to checking on a voice whistle versus an instrument whistle, the vibrations being heard are different. An instrument whistle is more smoothed, an ACTULY breathy whistle you can almost hear the breathing of that whistle, not only that but it gets higher as the person tries to hit that note correctly. The whistle we hear I Wild Fire, is an instrument. I am not 100% sure WHICH instrument it is however, I remember this one time over at a friends house she had this piano. It could play different sounds, and I mean it was like one of those 600$ wise ones. On one of those settings it had like a high pitch notes in it, which you could do little like chimes. As it gets higher it actually sounds like a high pitch whistle. Now, I am not sure what they used during the recording studio wise, but with how smooth that whistle is versus and actual whistle voice. It IS an instrument.
@bellasara1036 жыл бұрын
Plus not only that, but if we take account on how deep a vocalists vocals are, Demi's are much deeper than what they seem. There are those little rare occasions where a person with that deep of a voice CAN pull off an actual high pitched whistle, but Demi's comes off to low and deep to me in order to pull off something THAT high pitched.
@amberskyeee76 жыл бұрын
C.L. Artsy Dreamer “Demi’s vocals are much lower than they seem” 😂😂😂 That’s where you lose ALL credibility because I’ve heard her LIVE on MULTIPLE occasions and so have MANY critics and her voice IS that light NATURALLY. Soooo MANY think it’s her backup singers or auto-tune and it’s not. Her voice is NOT that deep at all, ESPECIALLY not since her tonsils were removed back in 2014.
@bellasara1036 жыл бұрын
@@amberskyeee7 Um... She has a deep vocal range. Yes a singer can HAVE a high pitch wise vocal rage, but after hearing her MYSELF as well, she in fact does have a deep vocal range, which is how she can hit so many low notes like in Confident, La La Land, This Is Me, and exc. It may sound as if she does have a high pitched voice, however she doesn't. Her 100% natural singing range is within a deep vocal range. Now, having deep vocals allows you being able to belt out your voice more, it makes a person hear the light pitch versus the actual voice within the studio.
@bellasara1036 жыл бұрын
@@amberskyeee7 Just like with her song Sky Scraper though. She is partly forcing a head voice as well as using her chest voice in order to make it high pitched. Deep vocalists can sometimes have issues on hitting high notes unless you have been doing it more than 30+ years, or even longer. Sometimes they have to force a head voice which isn't the natural voice that is used. That's why we hear also in the song when it's the music video version, or even live, we hear a little struggle within her voice it self. She has to force that pitch out, instead of just naturally use the deep tone within her vocal cords.

I will say that, and this is no hate. So please don't get mad or come for me. She has a great voice. She really does. But i wish she would work on her Mixed Voice :( it's Chest Dominant. For those of you who doesn't understand what that means. It's basically a lot of Chest Voice and less Head Voice when you're mixing. Which is not the greatest. Other than that. She's a solid singer. But, i hope all the drugs she consumed won't strip her voice away. And hope she will improve her technique :\ sometimes her belts sounds unsupported. (just sometimes) sometimes it's really well supported and great.

She was off but even if she hit it, there's a thing called pitch correct too for in studio. So unless you are Mariah, Christina Aguilera and Ariana Grande or Kelly Clarkson or someone who really Can hit those tones with good ability to Hear them, we know Demi can but she rarely does it. Because unlike the other singers mentioned, demi isn't the kind of singer that has the connection to the register. But yes she has a head voice and whistle like everyone else does but some just don't use it like the other girls do. Demi is more of a belty singer than a whistle singer.
