Doc player had a kill barrier, very common and cheap cheat, he probably decided to skimp on the walls and decided to just get soft aim and a kill barrier, thats my assumption anyways, cheats with any sort of walls are instantly like ten times more expensive.

What if they fire you off with capitao? What if they spam flashes/candelas/nades? What if they secure vertical control above the garage wall? What then? This impact is actually extremely useful because it guarantees your safety while tricking. You'd probably realize this too if you were any rank above gold lol
