Gee sometimes wavered on his position, but could be very firm at other times. He just appeared to be a very sincere about certain things, although at other times not fully convinced by his own logic. But, he was part of a team, Id say a valued and integral part. He is definitely missed.

He wouldn’t make him the Captain if that was the case , he’s almost certain to lose the event if Wilder does , he’s certain to win it based on those 2 points . Hrgovic would be the easy pick but he didn’t do that ,he knows if Wilder pulls through he’s got the win.

Nothing about Wilder says he believes in himself; he used to be spontaneous and arrogant and didn't care who liked it or not. As long as he won it didnt matter to Wilder or his team. But, since his team dissolved, Wilder's become a free agent, which is not a bad predicament to be in, but just maybe not for Wilder. He could actually revive his career with a win over Zhang, Although it seems unlikely, Wilder does appear to literally hold the cards to his future in his hands. His fight with Zhang is Wilder's chance to finally prove he can win a fight , one he isnt favored to win, under pressure.

Eddie said alot of bad things about Wilder aswell, and Wilder I think was responding to the presser where Barry Hearn said we used to call them slaves contracts when speaking on Dillian Whyte figh so Wilder was talking smack but there was some context. To me Wilder signing with Eddie because he needs that saudi money fight after he threw his position anyway with that terrible boring display against Parker. Eddie still want to make the fight with AJ because he really believe AJ is back or even better then ever and Wilder old now.

Hearn is a businessman and wants to win, why would he sign Wilder and name him team captain to set him up to lose. Wilder can win this fight, Zhang is a very stationary target he won't nullify Wilders power like Parker does. Wilder I just think he is an easily manipulated fighter, he said some bad things about Hearn because people in his camp were in his ear that didn't have his interest in his mind. If Wilder loses it is because he wasn't good enough not because he was set up, he is to old to rebuild himself he just needs to go out and try his best and hope the activity helps him.
