I like using him, but I wish his hammer can give some sort of debuff, like slow(im aware of the 1st skill but that requires aim). I just hate it when I'm so close to killing an enemy and then they dash once and escapes. Like his hits are so slow, i wish they make it worth it. You can even escape his ult just by dashing, and with the current meta full of dashes he's like, C teir at best

Terizla Is Incredibly Strong, But Also Terribly Slow.....He Deals Massive Damage But He Almost Always Misses Even Shin Said In Order To Hit Your Enemies You Wish The Enemies Don't Have Feet And Can't Move

I disagree hes very good right now, the problem is maybe your usage of him thats why you think he needs a buff He is one of the better balanced heros. Hes weak to cc, and can easily avoid his skill, but his skill hit really hard and hes tanky to compensate for it...
