You can be a wonderful father without living with the mother. There are plenty of separated and divorced couples where they make things work and can raise their child or children in a way that provides a loving and support environment in spite of the split household. But when you’re having multiple children with multiple women (especially the children being around the same age), then it’s near impossible to provide for all of their needs to a satisfactory level. There may not be anything tangible in this case to prove whether or not he’s a “deadbeat dad”. But I have a strong suspicion that he’ll be see as the father that was never there for his children if he keeps having more with no viable means of supporting for all of them (and not just financially).
