Did Feynlab get it wrong with Pure Rinseless V2?

To be honest I’m a big fan of the product. I never used V1 but I enjoy this one a lot. It’s slick and easy to use. I’m not a fan of the suds though as they tend to get stuck in door window seals and whatnot. I almost prefer it to Absolute. Definitely prefer it to ONR. I found it to have less streaking than Absolute and I like that it’s a bit stronger. The smell isn’t great, but I don’t hate it. Absolute absolutely smells better 😂 I also like how strong it is so I can use it as a pre rinse before I do a traditional bucket wash. My “pressure washer” isn’t powerful enough to run a foam cannon so this is a nice product to use instead in an IK pump sprayer. Great review as always.

Hey Colby, thank you for your feedback! We want to let you know that with the suds, we are working around the clock to change the foaming and should be cleared up soon! The foam extra foaming does not affect the performance of the wash. Again, thank you for your feedback and know we are listening!

Feynlab messaged me when I brought up the concerns, they told me that they are supposedly working with Eddie Colon to get the issues straightened out. We’ll see if V3 or if a V2 revised version comes out

I used the V2 with no issues. Used a bunch of the Autofiber double flip rinseless wash towels Did a touch up on the glass with glass cleaner as I always do after any wash No complaints here Thank you for the detailed video

I was looking forward to your review. I'll be saving my money as I have a lot of V1 left, and it's very much an occasional use rinseless wash for when I want to deep clean coated cars. I've found that it's also extremely good for removing polish residue prior to a wipe down with panel prep. It might clean well enough to forgo the panel prep but that's not a risk I'm willing to take. Shame you didn't like the smell. You have mentioned before, it might have been on a review for an interior detailer, that you don't like citrus scents. Smell is subjective but I completely understand where you're coming from. If the smell is that icky chemically citrus scent similar to Goo Gone that gets a yuck from me too. V1's cucumber scent is quite pleasant and refreshing.

Scents can be tricky. You are right in saying goo gone. Similar to that as well. V1 on the other hand had a nice scent. The way you use it is how I see others using it. When needing that deep clean on coated cars. I have also used it for a prep wash prior to polishing which is another good way to use it.

We mix version 2 at a ratio of 384:1.

Have you tried a waffle weave to dry glass instead? In my experience its best to purchase a smaller volume of product you see if you like/still like it. So many new products to choose from.

It’s definitely been an adjustment going to v2. Cleaning ability is still, not as slick. As far as the smell I will say you get use to it after using it awhile, it was a big shock the first time I used it. V1 will forever be the 🐐 hopefully v3 will reunite!

Hopefully, Feynlab will work on a V3 that incorporates all the feedback their getting from customers. I will continue using V1 until I run out. It’s still a good product for cleaning dirty cars with coatings.

This is a 2 step method type of rinseless where you apply it, clean the surface and with a damp towel go over it again and dry. I also think dilution ratios can be adjusted differently in spray bottles for glass. I’ll try it but my go to so far is still Hydra.

There is no mention of a two step or using a damp towel on their site or on the label. Dilution ratios are the same as indicated in their site.

@@MikeGDetailing agreed, I’ve used super strong rinseless like this before in early testing stages and it’s like that. And for glass, I’ve had to use two towels. One to get the initial dirt off and go over again same solution sometimes or a weaker dilution. I know they said it shouldn’t streak and all that but I’ve found work around to actually make it streak free and using a twisted loop towel instead of a standard drying towel like that also helped me. I feel you tho, it’s too much work. But I also have 70psi when I do my rinseless so my surface is a little cleaner. A few garden sprayers will give you that. So it’s more cleaning with a little pressure to get off most of the dirt go back with standard dilution ratio and sponge on towel whatever works , and then dry. I get clean panels. Takes a extra step but as rinseless goes it’s better imo. Good video thanks man,

@@craig.encinitas I didn't say it makes much sense, but I've heard the term foam applicator used hundreds of times in the context of car care and I've never seen anyone use it referring to anything other than, well, a foam applicator. I mean really its mostly just a sponge. So if that's your thing, I say "you do you". I think they really are just meaning foam sponge when they say it.
