I will explain the actual reason for the ending of this part... Flippy and fliQpy fused in a way, since they were oppposite attracts of eachother the infection affected them differently usually this would be impossible to fight off and lumpy was an example, due to his kindness he held the infection off longer then it was supposed too, and thanks to the good part of flippy usually if it was jut fliqpy he would undoubetly be like everyone else, but flippy is also apart of that body so the two of them alone is a special case allowing a different result in xeba's infection, Now the reason for the ending we just saw, Fliqpy was blinded by rage while flippy was also in control of the body to help the body from losing control and becoming infected he too for his love for flaky wanted revenge however... the two aspects of the body we're too different persona's or to be simple two different people, Fliqpy entire existence rages on murdering those he see's fit... flippy is the opposite, xeba wasn't taunting flippy It was the infection in fact when he pulled his heart out... Xeba was being hold hostage he doesnt even have control over his body, there was no test.. Flippy's broken arm which we all know bones carry blood, was the infusion of his blood into the heart of xeba which the infection needed to further spread his process and in conclusion, Fliqpy was rewarded with hell, given Xeba's knife to give a fighting chance at breaking free, flippy on the other hand he were to enjoy the after life leaving fligpy in control of the body.

yh but I know xeba, the way this started is, xeba got possessed by the devil, possessed all the other animals, then at the end after flippy kills the octopus, we can see the devil xeba has built up an army, so now, xeba is unstoppable, bcuz what he did, was posess every other animal, but the movie didn't show him possessing others, so at the end, was the only time we saw the devils army and he took over the world cuz of the devil.

So ya all lemme explain to the guys who doesn't rlly understand what and why was fliqpy sent to hell and flippy sent to heaven its becuz the guy who takes his heart out(forget the name) was just testing if flippy is a good guy and flippy realized that he was getting tested so he drop his weapon ( that was about to stab the guys heart) but fliqpy was blinded by revenge and stab the heart and then da grim reaper showed up and put fliqpy to hell and put flippys soul to heaven

My theory of this battle is that flippy was sent to hell by the grim reaper, but his soul floated to the afterlife with flaky, leaving him in peace. But for most people, it seems that amnesia has won the unstoppable war.

My Theory In The End You See Both Flippy's personality separate right? well in the end while fliqpy slowly enters his hell, you see xeba's knife from amnesia 1 "with my mind" it could be possible xeba throwed it because he doesn't need it but its likely xeba is interested in fliqpy and will give him another test to see if he can escape his temporary hell place, if not in days then xeba will send him to hell permanentely. just a theory.
