what kind of encouragement is that?? Trainings will always be difficult, but when a person can't take it because of X,Y and Z reasons, then they must respect that. Also, I don't think no one should look up to these So-call BDF, they are very unprofessional, using such languages in the Army (WTH??😡). An army requires harsh discipline and respect but the severity that this went to, could be seen as a form of Abuse and maltreatment.
