Harry rejected a call from his mother the day she died. Harry rejected an invitation from the Queen days before she passed away. Harry continues to behave horribly towards his father who has cancer. Harry never learns. He is hopeless. Edit: I can’t recall the book that said Harry rejected the call from Diana. In Tom Bower's *"Revenge,"* it's mentioned that Harry was reluctant to take Diana's last call. He was upset with her, particularly regarding her relationship with Dodi. He ultimately did speak with her, but the call was short and unpleasant. Harry mentioned in interviews that he regretted this (it is an interview with William where he was talking about the truth, as opposed to HIS TRUTH).

I laud The Queen for the torturous walk she made out to the podium at Windsor Castle on the last night of the Jubilee because she didn’t want to let her subjects down. When I saw the look of determination on her face, I blessed her for her courage because I know what it took for her to make that walk. Harry saw for himself during the jubilee that the late Queen was frail, he also refused to visit the Queen at Balmoral where the whole family visit during the holiday break, then he adds insult to injury by not turning up until 8pm that evening even though he was in London, when the Queen actually passed earlier in the day, he also left early the next morning not even staying with the rest of the family at breakfast.
