Your right about frozen veg its better for the vitamins fresh vegetables can lose their vitamins on the shelf rose's are lovely 🌹

Get some Garam Masala powder, it's a mixed spice, (sell it in all shops) mix a few tablespoons with a pot of yogurt, put your chicken in it overnight in the fridge then cook the next day. Its not spicy. Chefs kiss!

Cook your pork in slow cooker. Cook it slowly google it as I've forgotten how long for. It does then shred, think I've put a tiny bit of water in the bottom & added the barbecue sauce. Xx

Hi Faye the trick to getting the pork to shred for pulled pork is to cook covered with cooking foil at 150c/ gas mark 2 for 4 to 8 hour till the pork is so tender it falls apart add barbecue sauce while cooking let me know if u cook it my way and how it turns out ❤

EDIT: pork can be a right mare to cook, it’s well dodgy undercooked (like chicken) but over cooked it can be like chewing a shoe. I’d throw that in the slow cooker with the sauce, until it pulls apart in the sauce... maybe take the skin off, rub with oil & salt and air fryer it for crackling. I can’t have flowers... pollen stuffs my sinuses up and the allergy kicks in... so I got a new orchid for my collection... I usually get strange & weird cards, cos I’m a strange & weird person... one year many moons ago on the Simpsons Ralph Wiggum bought a Valentines for Lisa that said “I choo choo choose you” I howled with laughter. For that valentines he grabbed an image of the card from the show (you couldn’t buy it) and printed it for me and that was my valentines, it was so perfect, I almost peed laughing.

Great shop. I mostly buy frozen veg so much better for you as they are frozen quickly and retain all the nutrients. Love your valentine card from Steve and the flowers. I eat the kiwi skins, was a bit weird at first but it doesn't bother me now. They are so good for you. xx

Lovely shop faye xjust think you paid nearly a 5er for crisps over a 5er on pork joint and 8 poun d on 2 lots of meat it all adds up half the time we get shopping and think how much did I spend again it scandless what we pay for food but we have to eat to keep well .I'm going shopping to aldi homebarain as well and round to the butchers I'm going to fill the freezer like Christmas I spend 60odd pound in it I got a leg of lamb boned and rolled and I cut it in half so it did 2 meals I also got a small chicken piece of pork and small gammon for 12 pound and a couple of joints and trays of meat it lasted til last Sunday if I get my meat like that I don't have to worry about meat love fran xxxxx
