You need to have with iron with VitC 1000MG everyday. If you drink Coffee it drains your eletroliyes so you need to put some salt in your coffee and it helps a lot to stop dizziness.

You should test your vitamin d aswell. I had a low ferritin and vitamin d. Ferritin only was 7. I lost 2/3 of my hair. It was 6 years ago. My hair is dense again today. Ferritin needs to be at least 70 for normal dense hair
@UnivHairSoleil35 ай бұрын
Wow ! I would probably have even more hair if my ferritin was high enough. I will definitely be more conscientious about that. I also think I have vitamin D deficiency. Will take vitamin D supplements again.

Just a theory, but I think that people of Caribbean descent Need the sun. It helps us thrive and gives us vitamins and minerals naturally. Also our hair and skin seems to thrive way better with plants and things straight from nature.One of my doctors told me that the processed foods that we are eating are making us sick and it’s probably best for us to eat as naturally as we can to cure the symptoms that we are having. I also have very low iron, low ferritin and im always freezing cold. I have been to several types of doctors, lots of tests and they have not been able to fix anything. They don’t take us seriously and truly don’t know how to cure us. I started juicing and cut out gluten and most processed foods so we’ll see what happens. Good luck to you ❤
@UnivHairSoleil35 ай бұрын
Hi Adrienne Michelle ! You’re so right about this! That’s why I called my channel « UnivHair Soleil » ( Soleil 🌞 means Sun in French). I know I need the Sun and will definitely move to a warmer place. My body doesn’t tolerate the weather in Sweden anymore, when winter comes I always want to run away! 😆 Processed food is definitely not good for us. I tend to eat healthy and fast a lot. The problem is I think I was fasting too much and was not taking any supplements for about 2 years. Usually I always take herbal supplements like alfafa, spirulina and nettle. Some doctors have no clue unfortunately. I wish you the best in your health journey ! ❤️❤️❤️🤗

Aww you were here in Florida! I live in Florida and I love it! (I’ve also lived in Texas too.) I think you definitely need Vitamin D3 at least 10,000 IUs per day. And take Folate (a natural form of folic acid), and take your iron and Zinc. These have a direct impact to hair loss. I have autoimmune and have to be diligent with my vitamins and supplements in addition to eating healthy. I’m so happy to see you back! ❤❤❤❤❤ I COMPLETELY AGREE with DIYs and products from nature! @@UnivHairSoleil3 As a black American and 3rd generation NY'er, let me tell you, sis: you need vitamin D. Our bodies don't know how to respond to these cold, sunless places. This is the science. You gotta build yourself up, drink bone broth and stuff. 😅 Also, if you find yourself catching a lot of colds, elderberry everything. You'll have to learn new herbs for a new climate. You can buy them dried and make a beverage. This is European folk medicine but elderberry has been lab tested.
